The Website also stated " A Vision for the Future Building on Excellence. UVic to host powerful research computing facility." The website's header had University of Victoria as the most important keyword. It was followed by Victoria, British Columbia, and Canada which isn't as highly ranked as University of Victoria. The next words the site used was News. Announcements was also included but could not be understood by search parsers.
